Situated on the waterside at the Simpson Bay Yacht Club Marina, Saratoga has become a St. Maarten institution for Casual Fine Dining. Now, in our 19th season, we are as dedicated as ever to our food, our extensive wine & spirits lists and our friendly and professional service. We enjoy one of the most enthusiastic return clientele of any restaurant on the island.

Chef/proprietor John Jackson, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, presides over a contemporary cooking style that features fresh local fish such as Red Snapper, Saban Grouper, Wahoo and Yellowfin Tuna. The menu, which is printed every day or two, usually features French oysters, a great steak, pork, a chicken, a lamb, a duck and pasta specials each evening.

We also feature a dessert selection of house-made creations that will leave you most satisfied and planning your return visit. Comfort food is our passion; quality and freshness are our religion. A sampling of our daily menu is listed below.
