Vesna Taverna & Bagel House was an experience for us. We went for lunch to see how it was and what it had to offer. It wasn't just a bagel! What a find... What a treat... The lunch specials were wonderful. It could be Yannick with his French specials or Vesna with her Mediterranean favorites. We had a Thai beef dish which Vesna cooked as well as a snapper which Yannick created - both equally delicious and totally unique.

A few days later, we went back for breakfast. In my opinion, their yogurt is the very best I have ever tasted. And, I really enjoy yogurt. So, for something light and delicious, the yogurt and fresh fruit are perfect. Breakfast is among the best on the island with omelettes falling off your plates as well as pancakes that cannot be matched. By the way, the fresh fruit shakes, mango, banana, etc. are very tasty and healthy and the selection of flavors is incredible.

Comfort Food Without the Guilt Factor
Creating a menu offering eclectic comfort foot at best quality, with a large variety of options for the health-conscious guest at very reasonable prices is a distinct challenge on a Caribbean island. It took the experience of Vesna and Yannick to pull it off. Yannick successfully managed for more than a decade one of the Caribbean's most famous landmark gourmet restaurants and he transferred the standards of 'Haute Cuisine' to Vesna Taverna.
